This year's big amfAR bash at Hotel du Cap on May 24 during the film fest will feature a spate of 20 noir frocks designed by the likes of Dior, Givenchy, Christopher Kane, Chanel, Alexander Wang, Balenciaga, Roberto Cavalli, Emilio Pucci, Fendi, Giorgio Armani, Louis Vuitton and Versace. Après-show, one lucky bidder will score the entire lot of looks.

Bonjour, baby! This afternoon, Karl Lagerfeld took over the Château de Versailles, Marie Antoinette's old stomping grounds, for Chanel's highly anticipated 2013 cruise collection. Under a smattering of summery cabanas, Tilda Swinton, Vanessa Paradis, and editors galore watched a garden party runway spectacle, complete with frilly colonial frocks and knickers-cum-petal pushers, platform sneaks, cut-out swim, candy-colored bobs and Chanel face tattoos. Model Jon Kortajarena stole the show, posting this photo of himself on Twitter "watering" down before the big event. (Baptiste Giabiconi who?)
