Azzedine Alaïa's striking formfitting gown with dramatic fishtail hem has already had two major outings just this week. Alicia Keys first wore the eye-catching creation on the field at the Superdome in New Orleans when she sang the national anthem for the Super Bowl. Her deep red version was accented by a golden Marina B choker. A few days later, Naomi Campbell celebrated the launch of her new Oxygen reality competition show, The Face, in New York City alongside fellow supermodel coaches, Coco Rocha and Karolina Kurkova. Naomi opted for the designer's white take on the impressive gown and styled her fresh look with a lot of flashy jewelry as well as matching platform sandals. Both ladies managed to pull off the structured piece with relative ease, but Alicia's understated accessories along with that fiery hue gave her a bit of an edge.
