  2012 Juno Awards Nominees: Complete List�

  As the 41st Annual Juno Awards draw near, this year’s nominees were announced on Tuesday (February 7) in Toronto, Canada.

  Coming as no surprise, Justin Bieber, Drake and Avril Lavigne all nabbed bids for the show, which will take place on April 1st at the Scotiabank Place in Ottawa, Ontario.

  With Rihanna, Lady Gaga and LMFAO also in the running for Juno trophies, some of the ceremony's performers include Nickelback, Feist and Deadmau5.   The New Freddie Mercury?�

  Adam Lambert has quite the pair of shoes to fill -- the American Idol winner claims he's replacing Freddie Mercury as Queen's frontman.

  "The intention is to pay tribute to Freddie and the band by singing some f*****g great songs," Lambert told the Daily Star. It's to keep the music alive for the fans and give it an energy that Freddie would have been proud of."

  While he's looking forward to teaming up with 64-year-old guitarist Brian May and 62-year-old drummer Roger Taylor, Lambert insists he'll be honoring Mercury's memory.

  "There's no intention in my mind of replacing Freddie. That's impossible," Lambert said of Mercury, who died in 1991.

  While this may come as a surprise to die-hard Queen fans, Taylor had spoken highly of Lambert back in December.

  "He has grown into a really great performer with an astonishing voice with a range that's great," the drummer told Billboard. "There's nothing signed just yet but we're talking about live dates. It could be very exciting."

  Spinner notes that this is not the first time someone has taken Mercury's place in the band -- Paul Rodgers did a five year stint with the band that ended in 2009 (the band went by the name of Queen + Paul Rodgers). Guitarist Brian May even flirted with the idea of Lady Gaga joining the famed rock group.

  Lady Gaga may not be singing at the Super Bowl, but she's still a good sport! The "Born This Way" star posed for yet another photo shoot with her friend Terry Richardson, who posted the photos on his blog titled Terry Richardson's Diary. Per usual, the celebrity photographer wasn't always behind the camera, posing with Gaga in a series of shots.

  Demi Moore is the latest star to cite "exhaustion" for her recent trip to the hospital, and she's far from the first Hollywood A-lister to suffer from the ailment.

  Life in the public eye must be so tiring, as countless others have used the same excuse for heading to the ER or rehab, and RadarOnline.com takes a look back at some of the high-profile victims of extreme tiredness.

  PHOTOS: Demi Moore Joins A Slew Of Celebrities Suffering From 'Exhaustion'

  As RadarOnline.com previously reported, 49-year-old Ghost star was rushed to a hospital in Sherman Oaks, California on Monday night and is now seeking professional help "to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health," according to her publicist, Carrie Gordon.

  Lindsay Lohan's career hit the rocks while filming I Know Who Killed Me in 2007, and after missing repeated days of work she checked herself into the Wonderland Treatment Facility. Instead of admitting her late night partying being to blame for skipping work, the actress said she was extremely exhausted, and "going through a really bad time then."

  Disney star and Justin Bieber's main squeeze, Selena Gomez, was rushed to the hospital after collapsing from a mysterious illness last June, in what was said to be a sickening combination of exhaustion and food poisoning.

  Exhaustion struck Rihanna while she was touring in Sweden, causing the Umbrella singer to cancel her Stockholm show after she was hospitalized with flu-like symptoms.

  Despite her high-profile drink and drug problems, even Rehab singer Amy Winehouse blamed exhaustion for cancelling tour dates in 2007. The now deceased star later confessed that she was hospitalized after overdosing on a mix of substances, including heroin, ecstasy, cocaine, ketamine and alcohol.

  Glee Covers Michael Jackson – Watch A Preview!�

  They did it for Lady Gaga and Britney, now it’s Michael Jackson’s turn.

  The cast of Glee salutes the late King of Pop in a highly-anticipated tribute episode set to air next Tuesday, January 31, and this week, Fox released a special preview clip.

  Check out Darren Criss --- aka Blaine Anderson – as he makes Michael proud with his own rousing rendition of Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’.

  The episode will feature ten of Jackson’s classic songs.

  Glee airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Fox.

  Beyonce Goes Political?�

  Throughout the course of Beyonce Knowles' illustrious career of achievements the singer has been labeled as one of today's most popular sex symbols, however her latest acknowledgement comes from the likes of a Rutgers University PH.D. student.

  As part of the institution's Department of Women's and Gender Studies, doctoral student and lecturer, Kevin Allred currently teaches a course, "Politicizing Beyonce," in which he examines the singer's lyrics and videos in comparison to the writings of Alice Walker and Sojourner Truth.

  "This isn't a course about Beyonce's political engagement or how many times she performed during President Obama's inauguration weekend," Allred explained via the school's news site. "She certainly pushes boundaries. While other artists are simply releasing music, she's creating a grand narrative around her life, her career, and her persona."

  Allred was inspired to lecture the course following his four semesters as a Women's Studies 101 instructor where he often found his class debating whether or not the Pop star is a role model for today's youth. According to the site, course topics include the extent of Beyonce's control over her own aesthetic, whether her often half-naked body is empowered or stereotypical, and her more racy performances as her alter ego, "Sasha Fierce."

  Though the classroom discussions are not solely limited to Knowles' image and music, other notable vocalists such as Billie Holiday, Nina Simone, and Lady Gaga are also analyzed through their social impact on society.

  "It's important to shift students away from simply being consumers of media toward thinking more critically about what they're engaging on a regular basis," Allred added. "When students don't respond to theory or dense readings, it's often easier to see things play out in the world around them."
